CreatorReply is designed to automate replies without compromising your channel's tone, audience trust, or policy compliance. This page explains how safety features work and how to use automation responsibly.
Automation should amplify, not replace, human judgment. CreatorReply combines AI generation, safety layers, and transparent controls so you can scale replies while staying on-brand and within platform guidelines.
If CreatorReply detects risky topics, automation pauses the reply and records the event for your review.
Incoming comments are screened before entering the generation pipeline. Spam, extremely sensitive topics, or comments that violate your rules may be skipped automatically.
CreatorReply prompts models with explicit instructions: stay respectful, avoid disallowed topics, and tailor the tone to your brand. Models do not offer professional advice or claim to be human.
Replies pass through moderation before posting. If a reply fails safety checks (hate, harassment, explicit content, etc.), it is blocked and logged for manual review.
Each channel has reply caps per run and per day. Admins can hit a global kill switch to pause automation instantly. The system also pauses automatically in the event of repeated errors or suspicious spikes.
Pausing is instant, and you can resume once you have reviewed activity or updated settings.
CreatorReply keeps a detailed log of what was processed, skipped, or filtered. Logs include timestamps, video references, safety reasons, and reply text. This transparency makes it easier to audit behavior and demonstrate compliance if platforms or partners request it.
If you notice behavior that feels off-brand or risky, please report it. We will investigate, improve prompts or filters, and follow up with you. Safety feedback directly improves our defaults for all customers.
